I just finished uploading the custom installers for iTunes 15.5.1.21. I normally post the links to download the three different original installers but it’s a pain in the ass to hunt down the links navigating the crappy Apple support website. You can get the 32-bit and 64-bit in the iTunes download page but there’s no way to choose which version you want.
