Skype 6.18.59.105 is the newest version of the desktop client. You can download the original installer from their website. It comes in EXE format but you can get the MSI file after you install it. This article I wrote a while ago has all the details.
My custom installers are available in English and Spanish versions. The only thing I change in them is the removal of additional shortcuts in the desktop and Send To menu.
